Two to Zero

Possible Reasons as to Why the Angels Lost Last Night
  • It was "A's" first Angels game.
  • I accidentally wore the exact colors of the other team; the Oakland Athletics...I was wearing green and yellow.
  • Our cheers and dances did not work.

Though, they should have. We had three main ones, but my favorite was probably this one:

(Sing to the tune of the this or this.)
"Batter, batter, batter, batter, batter, batter, batter, batter, batter, batter, batter. STRIKE OUT, STRIKE OUT! Batter, batter, batter, batter, batter, batter, batter, batter, batter, batter, batter. STRIKE OUT, STRIKE OUT! Batter, batter, batter, batter, batter, batter, batter, batter, batter, batter, batter. STRIKE OUT, STRIKE OUT! Batter, batter, batter, batter, batter, batter, batter, batter, batter, batter, batter. STRIKE, STRIKE, STRIKE STRIKE! Angels will get home-runs!"

However, they did not. Not one the entire game. It was a tad bit of a letdown. But it was still so much fun. We got dinner beforehand at a delicious Mexican restaurant, but I can't remember the name of it. I got a tostada and it tasted utterly delicious! It was exactly like the one from Guadala Harry's, my old favorite restaurant. Sadly, it went out of business a couple of years ago. Anyways, I love Mexican food SO much. Beans, bread, cheese, sour cream, guacamole. YUM!
After the game, we were exhausted. A and I eventually fell asleep, while my mom drove, to the sound of "Close to Me" by The Cure. When we were about ten minutes from home, we both woke up. Somehow, our sleepy conversation drifted to this singing program we both were a part of back in elementary school. Our music teacher, Mrs. Fite (who was totally evil, by the way), taught us songs all about the planets. They're pretty classic; I think A and I will probably watch the home video we have of my program because we can't remember the specific Earth song...there was Happy Birthday, World! but that was just the introductory song. I'll let you know.
It's only 10:11 AM, so the news I have to give you is limited. Oh! If you scroll to the bottom of my page, you can check out my playlist. I decided to put it there because I wanted you (if anyone's actually reading this) to get a little taste of what I like to listen to. Enjoy!

Auf Wiedersehen.
